This is a wonderful example of a $5 Educational that was graded XF by me in November 1999 and sold as Lot 290 at $2,200. Today the grading services, using the technical consideration, would likely call this a '35'. While eye appeal, which I consider a major component of any grade, is off the charts. Amazing color, centering and overall appeal.
