Fresh from the weeds, as is the T-4 which follows. Both new to the census and neither offered before to the numismatic community. Some would describe these as "epic discoveries." Most better Confederates have been recycled through the generations with few opportunities for utterly fresh material. PMG comments "pen and punch cancelled" are spot on for this attractive, well-inked classic.
