A beautifil high quality 1882 DB from the District of Columbia. The paper quality and color are amazing and this note has stamped signatures and no bottom margin. There are 146 large reported and this is by far the finest of the nine $10 82DB's recorded. This was recently rediscovered from a 1940-60's collection as I was told.
