Theresienstadt was the "model ghetto"; according to Campbell, "designed to impress the international community and the International Red Cross. In actually, Theresienstadt served as a transit camp for those on their way to the death camps in occupied Poland." PMG terms these "Gem UNC 65 EPQ", "Gem UNC 65 EPQ", and "Ch. UNC 64".
