The $20 1863 legal tender has long been a favorite partly because decades ago we would see high quality examples with flaws on the edges, but not this note. It has spectacular color and centering and certainly the appearance of an UNC note. There are 178 reported and most in this serial range are called UNC in some range. PMG notes restoration.
