This is the finest Fr. 123* known to exist with only three confirmed and a fourth rumored. The entire printing for this issue was 696,000, so I believe there was little need for replacements. In 2006 a Fine 12 realized $83,375 and was resold by me in 2015 for $82,250. This note came through Stack's September 1992 sale as lot 961 for $8,500. A remarkable rarity.
