This is the earlier of the 1891 $5 silver certificate with Rosencrans - Nebeker signatures and it is serial #E3. Conservatively graded VF 30 EPQ with great paper quality and appearance. There are 136 examples reported including #E5-E9 and this note was not previously listed, but it is the lowest serial. I called this XF+ because the note is so original.
