Great low serial #I207A. An early example with a center fold. The only other low serial is the #1 but was never offered as far as I can see. This is like so many Minneapolis red seal notes as they were not well stored and it shows. This example does just barely. The note is centered a bit low as the top left shows a design line error or error not.
