Looks UNC on the face but has several folds and some dirt on the back. So cool with the #H11A. Acquired 05/02. There are 64 reported for this $5 St. Louis red seal but only two low numbers are listed. The #H1A and this #H11A and both have circulation making me think the other low serials were not kept aside. There are no records reported that shows UNC's or other serials above elsewhere.
